Luis E. Denuble

Luis E. Denuble has more than twenty years of experience as an attorney in Argentina and the United States. He advises US and foreign companies on matters ranging from corporate structures, legal entities, international business transactions, contracts, employment agreements, business immigration, real estate transactions, and regulatory compliance (at the federal, state, and local levels).

He graduated from Universidad Católica Argentina and earned a Master in American Law (LL.M.) from Boston University.

Luis was an active member of the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA) and has authored several Country Reports on Intellectual Property, Litigation, and Arbitration, among others. He has been a panelist and speaker at many conferences and symposia in Argentina, the United States, Canada and Europe.

Luis was appointed professor of Civil Procedure and Consumer Law at both the University of Buenos Aires and Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales (UCES). Luis is co-founder and current Vice-President of the Argentine Lawyers Association of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, and Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal.

Luis is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in Argentina.
