Mission

Melchionna PLLC is an indipendent law firm.

Melchionna PLLC’s mission is to provide outstanding legal services and tax advice. We focus on building a relationship with each client to truly understand their needs and help them achieve their goals.

Values

Ethical Standards. We are guided by high ethical standards in the daily practice of law.

Contributing to the Legal Profession. We are committed to improve ourselves and provide our contribution to the legal industry. We do this through regular research and publication while offering training opportunities for young professionals.

Social Impact. We take a limited number of pro-bono projects every year, typically for startup companies with potential for strong social impact.

Respect. We treat our colleagues the way in which we want them to treat us.

Multiculturalism. Because we are constantly involved in cross-border transactions, our approach is highly multicultural. This is our most relevant strength and the reason clients appreciate our legal perspective.
